Above is a picture of the Tsar Bomba, The early U.S. citizens had a good reason to be scared because the range of this bomb was huge. The technology back in those early days weren't really advanced and when there was a bomb that could destroy multiple towns people got scarse. Bombs wernt one of the other problems there was also little food to go around so people were starving and people didnt really know what to do.
